With more than 20 years experience in all aspects of real estate, Scott provides his clients with an unusual and diversified knowledge of the industry. As founder and owner of Maine’s Fish House Cove resort properties), he designed and built a vacation complex, including Scott’s Fish House Cove Restaurant that attracted discriminating travelers from around the world.

In San Francisco, he built and ran a 60 room European-style hotel. In New York City, he designed and managed corporate and residential properties, and in Florida, he is an expert in residential property offerings, including how to survive and prosper in the current foreclosure marketplace.

His background also includes corporate and non-profit management. He is owner of Concierge-Worldwide, a company that provides exceptional additional services to his real estate clients, and his Hoffman/Michaels Marketing company has raised millions in support of over 100 major arts organizations around the nation; such as Carnegie Hall, Kennedy Center and Washington Performing Arts Society. He was also formerly Director of Marketing and Public Relations for award-winning actress Olympia Dukakis’ Whole Theatre Company in New York.
